Getting There

By Air

Air France is the main international airline, but air Benin and Air Cameroon also fly into the country/

The main airport is Brazaville Maya Maya, (BZM), it is  km from the city.  Buses and taxis are available.

By Water

Hourly car ferries oper\te from Kinshasa in the DRC

By Road

There is a good road connection with Angola, a reasonable connection with Gabon, and the connection with Cameroon becomes impassable in the rainy season.

Getting Around

By Air

The national airline, Lina Congo (GC), operates regular services from Brazzaville to Pointe-Noire, with stops in Loubomo and Ouesso. Private charters are available.

By Water

Steamers travel up the Congo from Brazzaville.

By Road

Driving is on the right and international driving permits are required.  There are few tar roads and the dirt roads becom impasable during the rainy season.  4 x 4 is required at any time of year.

Some car hire is available from Brazzaville.
